You are returning to fitness after an injury or time away and you want to get strong and stay pain-free.
You feel stuck in your current training routine with no clear results.
You desire a professional, efficient fitness solution that fits into your busy life at a place you actually enjoy.
How we get results:
Step 1: A custom strength training program written to meet your goals and changed every 4-6 weeks as you progress with daily and weekly modifications as needed.
Step 2: Two (2) or three (3) intensive, coached training sessions per week working on your specific needs and goals in a semi-private setting with partners just like you.
Step 3: The accountability & support you desire in the safe & inclusive environment you need.
What's the investment:
Our members typically train 2-3x per week. The price ranges between $279-429 every two weeks depending on the frequency and length of commitment.
Memberships are billed with EFT/Credit Card. First payments are due at the membership start date and members are billed biweekly thereafter.
We offer flexible solutions to ensure you use your sessions. Sessions rollover for 30-days. Annual members can freeze up to 2 months per year. A 12-hr cancellation policy.
Health & Wellness Coaching Programs
Lifestyle and nutrition guidance to complement your training and support your health.
Who it's for:
You are tired of being tired and frustrated by the over-abundance of nutrition and lifestyle advice.
You know what to do, yet you cannot seem to do it or remain consistent at it.
You want a professional, customized solution that works for you and your busy life.
How we get results:
Step 1: An initial 60-min Health & Wellness Coaching visit to cover the basics of health & wellness, from sleep to stress management to nutrition, to support your goals in and outside the gym.
Step 2: Set small, step-wise actions for the next two weeks inching you towards your goals.
Step 3: Accountability & support check-ins during training sessions and via email & text reviewing the current actions and constructing the next best action.
What's the investment:
Our training clients receive their initial visit for free as a part of becoming a member.
After this session, we are accessible to our members during training sessions and via email & text for support.
For more in-depth coaching, we offer 3 & 6-month coaching-specific memberships which one 30-minute Zoom call per week.
