Get in here! I came to Focus Fitness with goals to feel better, get stronger, and manage some chronic health issues. After six months, I am thrilled with my progress on these goals. What sets Focus Fitness apart is the atmosphere. It is so different from the cold and competitive gyms I was used to. Focus Fitness is a community of people; excellent trainers, staff and fellow clients who are friendly and supportive.

I highly recommend Focus Fitness!

I have pretty good experience going to Focus Fitness for about a year now. The focus is strength training with individual attention from Dave and his trainers. The small size helps in creating a good community feeling. Dave and his trainers motivate everyone to work to their full potential. I initially joined for three months but have been going there for a year now and will be continuing for another year for sure! I highly recommend Focus Fitness!

Small and intimate. Clean. Everyone greets you(including other people doing their workout) and Dave and his staff are awesome. Very knowledgeable about fitness and they all really want to help you reach your goals, no matter what they are. If I could add a few more stars I would.

I’ve been a member here for about a year and a half now through pregnancy and now postpartum. Yes, I love the personalized and advancing exercises but I really love the community feel of the gym. The trainers are excellent, knowledgeable, and personable to boot. What can I say? Feels like home.

Ever find one of those places that just feels right and makes you realize how important community is when choosing a place to work out and achieve your fitness goals? I've found that with Focus Fitness. The consultation was in-depth and made me feel like the focus was on me and my health and fitness, and not just selling me a workout package. The workouts are challenging but achievable, and they may just make me a fan of foam rolling after all.
