Focus Fitness is different from most gyms you may have visited. We’ve found that semi-private training is the most effective and affordable method of fitness training.
What is semi-private training?
Semi-private training is also called small group personal training. In a way, it’s like private training — you’re working through a fitness program developed for you. But unlike private training, 2 to 4 other people are working in the gym at the same time. This not only makes it dynamic, energetic, fun, but also affordable!
Here’s how it works:
This is where we sit down with you to talk about your goals, general health and past experience with training. It’s important that we understand what’s important to you so we can help you achieve the results you’re after.
After your consultation and you decide which package works best for you, we kickoff your work at Focus Fitness with a one-on-one onboarding session. We will:
- introduce you to the gym so you can feel more at home,
- show you the components of your workout, including foam rolling and warm up exercises
- review your goals and set up your regular workout schedule
And you’re off! When you come in, we’ll have your workout plan ready to follow. Your coach will be there the entire time to set up equipment and guide you in the proper way to execute each exercise. Plus, you’ll get to know several other people working out at the same time. We like to laugh and have fun!
