- A CUSTOM TWO-day program written to meet your goals and changed every 4-6 weeks as you progress
- TWO intensive coached training session per week (104 per year) working on your specific needs and goals in a semi-private setting.
- A FREE T-shirt.
3 Times A Week
Perfect accountability and consistency program.
Who this is for:
- You are looking for the best results.
- You are dedicated to make a real change.
- You want to look and feel your best.
- You want to increase your energy, stamina, balance, mobility, and strength.
- You want physical activity in your routine.
Package includes:
- A CUSTOM THREE-day program written to meet your goals and changed every 4-6 weeks as you progress.
- THREE intensive coached training session per week (156 per year) working on your specific needs and goals in a semi-private setting.
- A FREE T-shirt.
Memberships are billed with EFT/Credit Card. First payments are due at the membership start date and members are billed monthly thereafter.
